Best known as the frontman for the Canadian alt-rock band Moist, singer/songwriter David Usher was innate was born in Oxford, England on April 24, 1966; raised in Kingston, Ontario, he by and by studied political scientific discipline at Vancouver's Simon Fraser University, where in 1992 he formed Moist with guitarist Mark Makowy and keyboardist Kevin Young. After cathartic two LPs with the chemical group, 1994's Flatware and 1996's Creature, Usher took time out in 1998 to tone ending his solo debut, Petty Songs.
