Blending classical and kinsfolk elements from India with Western melodies and pernicious pop sensibilities, Mpath is a collaboration between producers Markus Mitchell and Gardner Cole. Mitchell has a long account of producing worldbeat albums and Cole has issued several solo recordings as well as writing denumerable start hits, near notably "Open Your Heart" by Madonna. Their first record album, Get unitedly Rivers, was released in 2002 and featured performances from noted sarangi histrion Ramesh Misra, fiddler Lili Haydn, and sitar player Indrajit Banerjee. The endorsement Mpath record player recording, Rover, was released the succeeding year.
